This handout is designed for use in an early elementary class to practice giving directions. Use the handout for pairs to practice exchanging station directions eg. "Excuse me, how do I get to ....?" Before using the handout in a roleplay you should introduce the class to the underground system. You should base your activity on a lesson as an extension of directions for travel. For example: Take the (Circle) line to (Embankment) Change at (Leicester Square) Itīs the (fourth) stop on the (Victoria Line) etc. Change at (Marble Arch)
