Lesson plan: "People with disabilities"
My best lesson ever in my 1st year as a secondary teacher (and it´s not only my opinion!). This is my lesson plan and I´ll send also the materials in another document. I chose "Prejudice about the people with disabilities" as the main topic, NOT focusing in what people with disabilities CAN´T do, but what they CAN do, even if they are disabled. It´s the best approach to this topic in my opinion. I´ve used also the film "My Left Foot" in the lesson. Check it!! It is really worth it! Would appreciate any comments :)
