Etiquette / dilemmas / awkward situations
Split the class into groups of 2-4 people and give them this as the basis for discussion. From it, you should be able to elicit the words "etiquette", "dilemma", "awkward" and "embarrassed".
Each group must resolve various questions of etiquette - awkward social and business situations. This will hopefully prompt them to describe their own moments.
Obviously, use with care depending on the sensitivities of your group!!
