Verb Flower Puzzle with Strawberry Shortcake Characters (16 piece puzzle with 8 verbs)
Here is my Verb Flower Puzzle featuring some of the characters from the Strawberry Shortcake cartoon. There is 1 flower puzzle with 8 pictures on it. To prepare your puzzle you need to print it on thicker paper.
Print the flower puzzle and cut it out. Then carefully cut off each flower “petal”. You will be left with a circle.
Next cut the circle into 8 triangles. You will need to cut through the green ring, each character and the little “ball” in the center.
After you are finished you may choose to laminate the pieces.
Children can use this on their own or in groups. They must re-assemble the puzzle so that all the correct verbs match the images.
Have fun!
By the way, you could also print a copy of the puzzle, laminate it just as it is and add an arrow to the center. This creates a spinner for action or miming games. (You will need to use a brad or a paper fastener to attach the arrow.)There are other puzzles in this format, just search for verb flower puzzle(s).
