Plastic Pollution in the Ocean worksheet

First, the first page is actually the second page and the second page is the first page. Microsoft word was being difficult and not letting me fix it. You can find the video that goes along with the worksheet at http://www.ted.com/talks/capt_charles_moore_on_the_seas_of_plastic.html and the first page is to use as a discussion starter. After watching the video and doing the comprehension questions, I had students build small sculptures out of plastic garbage I had collected on the beach. They enjoyed both activities very much.
