I work with this song for several reasons: 1. I use it as a listening: Both, pronunciation and enunciation are very clear so that it is relatively easy for students. 2. It talks about a moral and problematic subject: Family problems. It can lead to a debate whether children are responsible or not for the parentsī problems (the song is about that, the child feels it has been her problem) and then we could start talking about different types of families. I have done it in my lessons and students feel involved in the song and the speaking afterwards.
