Frog Family - Board Game - Part 1 - Download the tokens on part 2
This is the Frog Family Board Game that I made for our children. This game is based on the story – Frog Family and it’s really simple and fun for young learners.
This is how you can begin telling you’re students about the game board.
All Frog family: daddy frog, mummy frog, brother frog, sister frog and baby frog got lost in the Wood. They can’t find their way back to the pond. Therefore, and all students must help them because it’s hot, hot, hot...
You must divide the class in 5 groups. One group will have the daddy frog token, another group mummy frog token, and so on. Each group has to follow the numbered leaves in order to sat on the final leaf in the pond and win. On each leaf pupils have to answer correctly to a question. After the game you have the cards.
Attention: The game will only finish when all groups finish the game. Therefore it is a great game for building team work and all class team work.
You will need a dice and tokens to play. I have made 17 cards but you can add more, if you like! The cards contain a question related to the family, numbers topic or the story itself. Every time a child rolls the dice she/he has to pick up a card and answer correctly.
Please help the Frog family find their way back to the pond.
