Who do they look like? - family tree
Pair work activity. Practise of face vocabulary, family vocabulary and possessives.
Here are the instructions which appear in the document itself:(Student A follow these intructions and then students switch roles and repeat the exercise. The idea comes from a Speaking Extra ESL book, but I drew my own families and re worded the instructions)
"There are some missing pictures in the family tree; can you discover what these family members look like? You will need to ask your classmates some questions… but they can’t use names when they answer you, only the family relation.
Example:
Who does Kay look like?
She looks like her mother
Whose mouth does she have?
She has her father’s mouth.
Draw the pictures and then compare with your partner!"
Hope you like this,
thanks! :)
