This is a speaking and thinking activity for small groups. The students read the sayings/lessons that all parents teach, and then they rank them in the order that they would put them. Each group shares the first three and the last three on their list. (There is one sort of strange saying from my own mother. I wrote an explanation for it.) I hope you like this.
