Food opinions game Food opinions game

A 60 minute lesson plan for intermediate or advanced learners. After a general warm up pupils receive cards with opinions on food topics. They keep those they agree with and try to pass on the others by discussing with other students. The aim is to use plenty of English structures and to encourage lively discussions. The cards are fully editable and the game can be adapted to any debate theme. My adult students are researching the idea "You are what you eat" and this will be a way to encourage and improve communication.
