I made this ws for my young students who have just learned the verbs "to be" and "to have". I used these verbs when talking about illnesses. You can edit the "to have" (used more often in Canada and the United States) to "have got" (used more in the UK) Also the use of the word "sick" (informal) can be edited to read, "I am ill" if you want the more formal statement.All the answers can be found in the examples and list of simple illnesses. I hope it is useful. Template by PhilipR.
