Healthy Food Alphabet
It is a fun way to encourage kids for foods.Though some of the food items like doughnuts, pizza, ice creams are in junk food category, we can make it healthy. Homemade Whole-wheat doughnuts, pizza with lots of vegetable and mix whole grain dough and ice cream with lots of fruits are good for health.
