Fun Job Advertisements
Fun job ad´s which I used in a reading/writing lesson. First go over application letters and shown them steps on the board or give an example printout. Then give students these job ads - have them read aloud and after discuss lots of the vocab you think they will need help with. Let them pick one of the jobs and have them write and application letter (regardless of their skills or qualifications - I encouraged mine to tell fibs and be creative). I have used place names from Perth, Australia but you can change them to suit. My students loved this lesson!
