Students carry out a pyramid discussion on the important characteristics employers should consider before hiring someone. They start thinking/working on their own and then join a classmate, after discussion, each pair joins another pair, then they carry out the same procedure till they arrive to a whole class agreement. Wonderful for young adults!!! Great and productive discussions will take place in your classroom!!!!!!!!! Enjoy it!
