All throughout my experience I have found out the URGENT need our students face when choosing and using the right dictionary. And better yet the easiest and most practical way to use it. This so called "flash card" or "transparency" (the way I used it), has proven to be very practical and further more a useful guidence for my students on the aspects above mentioned.
