Money and Numbers
This is a worksheet based on money, numbers, and in particular exchanging currencies, which includes a 2 spoken pairwork stages. It was made for students who were going to move to the USA to study and live for a few months. The worksheet has 4 stages: 1. A simple adding dollars exercise, where students will have to read back the sums aloud. 2. Students make new sums based on dollar and cent sums and ask them to each other. 3. Ss complete a table, by looking writing the adjective for, and the currency of, a country based on its flag. 4. Students roleplay as bank teller and customer, and have to exchange currency based on exchange rates given in the worksheet.
