This exercise contains an original poem (I wrote it!!!) and a follow up activity that asks kids to think of words that have an /i:/ sound. I suggest you read the poem with the class and stress on the /i:/ sound, you can hold the /i:/ sound as long as possible, even have a competition on it, my kids loved it!!
