Children cut out and then paste and colour the farm animals back together in the column with the animalīs name.(Cow, Horse, Pig, Sheep, Chicken, Duck).The teacher can animate the activate by laughing at the pictures and saying how funny, how ridiculous they are. e.g "A cow-pig. Thatīs outrageous. Thatīs crazy!" "What does a cow-pig say? Moo Oink? Hahahaha!" etc etc If you have the song "old Macdonald" play it while the children are doing the activity n.b The 2nd part of "old mcdonald" is not so easy for younger children to learn.
