Behaviour chart
Monthly chart to register your students´ behaviour.
Colour the smiley face green, yellow or red and colour a star if students show good behaviour, good pieces of work, and participation. Before each students name you have space to register the number of stars they have from the previous month. They´ll collect stars and they can trade them for prizes. The stars will allow them to choose a prize from a bag (little pieces of paper saying things like "extra recess time", "sitting at the teacher´s desk for a day", etc), from a folder (paper/printable prizes, such as bookmarks, calendars, etc) or from a chest (little toys, like the ones that come in cereal boxes).
Anyway, these are just some ideas. The chart is fully editable, you can adapt it to your own needs.
