Movie session: Movie session: "The invention of lying" and social satire

This is a movie session which was designed for intermediate and upper int students in secondary school for the diagnosis period. We watched the movie in class, and they did some research about social satire in order to connect it with the plot. Moreover, they investigated about Mafalda and explained the irony in some of her strips. Finally, they prepared some speaking points for oral discussion in the classroom.
