A wonderful activity that works well with kids. It consists of 3 worksheets with animal pictures (farm, forest and sea) plus 3 worksheets of the natural habitat of the animals. The kids are organized in the classroom with the necessary tools (scissors, glue, crayons etc.) The kids recognize the animals, cut the pictures and glue them to the correct background. They can be encouraged to ask the teacher for help using the target language : " Can I have the scissors please." " I need the glue please.""I need the blue crayon please" "What color is the lion" etc. It is a great activity that promotes critical thinking as well.
