Game What Animal is It
This is a dice game, and it is created for practising vocabulary, reading and writing skills. I had to divide it into three parts because of the limits. So, at first you give your students one or both sheets from the Part 3. As the player stops on a square, he or she has to read the description and think which animal answers the description. Then he writes it down. Players go round until one of them has all the animal names written down, and he is the winner. For younger learners you can make the game easier telling them just to tick off the animal or to take the picture of the animal – those from the Part 2. Or you can turn the picture cards blank side up and as the player stops on a square, he draws 3 cards to see if any of the animals matches the description. If any of them does, he takes the card. If not, he puts them back. Adjust to your students´ needs and enjoy:)
