Describing Animals
Here you have an amazing board game to practise animal description with your students.
First, you need to print the board in the size you want. Then print the small white cards (you can create new ones with different animals) and give one to each student. There, they shoud fold the card and write a description of the animal thatīs inside (colour, what it has or hasnīt got, what it can or canīt do). Once theyīre finish, put all the folded cards together so that the animals are not visible.
Now youīre ready to play! Roll the dice and move trhought the board. If you are in one of the green squares with a question mark, you have to pick one of the white cards, read the description and try to guess the animal thatīs inside. If you are in one of the orange squares, you have to describe that animal. If you are in one of the squares with a question, you have to answer the question with a short answer, i.e. Can a lion swim? Yes, it can!
Your students will love this game!
