This is a consolidation lesson about guide dogs. We watched the video about Alma the guide dog (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vst_RKnaHVo). Thereafter we discussed what a guide dog does and how it can help a blind person to move about. In this lesson the learners have to write a story about the guide dog. They have to imagine being Alma and write it from her point of view. Words are given to help them. The second page is a an introductory for learners who struggle writing a story. Enjoy! My learners loved this activity and the theme!
