(Work Placement) A work experience in a winery (multi-activity) 8/8 worksheet

I work in a vocational school and my ss have to do a training session and furthermore talk or write about it. I therefore prepared a series of worksheets to help them preparing or reporting about that work experience, also to deal with customers at the phone. This ws is aimed at upper-intermediate to advanced ss. They are supposed to read the report and highlight all the positive and negative aspects in it. Then have them answer orally a series of questions about the report. I finish by suggesting them to make a record of new, interesting and reusable vocabulary. Good luck
