Monkey Card Game-Toys worksheet

Explain Students that the object of the game is for each player to prevent himself from turning into a monkey. Shuffle the cards and deal one at a time face down. Have players pick up their cards. The dealer will shout “banana” as the players begin passing their cards, one at a time, to the left. This will continue until one player has a complete a pair of cards. The player who gets the pair puts it down. Continue the game. Play until a player has put down all his cards. the player who ends up with the monkey cards loses the game.
