Run for words
Run for words is a game - you put a list of words somewhere in a distance e.g. on a tree, fence or sth. You divide your class into teams. The teams get a sheet of papers with categories given. The children have to run to the list one by one, read and remember one word from the list and come back to their team and say the word. One person in each team writes the word down in an appropriate category. Great fun for everyone! After finishing you have to check the words written down and count points. The winner is the team with the most number of correctly written words.
