ASKING FOR DIRECTIONS AT A HOTEL. TRAVEL LESSON 3A
I created this model conversation and grammar guide to be used during my travels lessons.
Students first read a conversation between a guest and a receptionist, the guest is asking how to get somewhere in the hotel.
Then grammar is introduced, showing students what questions and words they can use when asking for and giving directions
Finally students are asked to practice the conversation using a hotelīs map (I will upload it as well as the lesson 3b).
I planned three lessons in total:
1) Getting a room: http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=129061#thetop
2) Services you can find in a hotel: http://www.eslprintables.com/powerpoint.asp?id=4792#thetop
3) Asking for directions at a hotel (this one)
Hope you find them useful.
If you want to teach some additional vacabulary you may want to download these flashcards:
