This a speaking activity. The class is divided into two groups: receptionists and guests. The receptionists get identifying cards they should wear and a strip of paper with the services their hotel have. The guests will have a chart which they have to fill with information about the hotels. They will go around the class and ask the receptionists "Good morning, I have a few questions: Is there a swimming pool in your hotel?" At the end, they have to decide which is the best hotel. my students loved it.
