This is a role-playing exercise to use with adult students. I used the printable menu from a restaurant named Incendio in Vancouver, BC, located here: http://www.incendio.ca/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/FOOD-MENU-EDITED-for-gastown.pdf. Cut up the blocks and distribute to 10 students. The teacher will be the server. I did this recently with a group of students visiting Vancouver and they loved it!
