A MILLION VOICES(RWANDA SONG) - WYCLEF JEAN - PART 01(SONG) - FULLY EDITABLE AND CORRECTABLE
This a work of everyone must have to show to the students what is a GENOCIDE, and tell them how many we have had in the history, how many we are having and how many we will have by the insanity of the man. It is a strong and very well reserchead work, based on the Genocide on RWANDA in 1994 and with the help of the song and the movie HOTEL RWANDA. The work is divided in 3 parts; 1)Itīs a kind of warm up about wars and genocides, grammar and interpretation of some images. 2)The song, The story of the Rwandan Genocide, the indication of some books and movies about the theme and about Paul Rusesabagina - (an hero for many people in the conflict). 3)A work with the movie "Hotel Rwanda" the movie that tells a little bit about the genocide. You can download direct from the links: The song, a video clip with lyrics and a video clip with the singer and some Rwandan Children singing with Wyclef Jean. Itīs quite a strong issue to study, but a real fact of our daily world. For many years men has been saying "NEVER AGAIN" for wars genocides...., but The "Again" continues in Sudan In Sierra Leone and in other countries. Look with care this job and tell your students the horror a war can be. My students were very aware of it and they have now very clear in their minds the concepts of WAR and PEACE. Work this concepts with your students. Letīs make a better world!
