Song act - Legends Now United
My sts love Now United, so this activity was a huge success. The first activity is presentation of the singer, like a pre-listening. This first part is a reading in which I tell students to try to fill in gaps from the text. I write the missing words on the board (in a different order) to help them. The missing words from the text are: October, Brazilian, member, group.
The second activity is listening itself. In this act act, the teacher must play the song so that sts can find out the missing words. I also write the missing words on the board, so the learners can visualize them. I read words before start playing the song, bacause then they can recognize them more easily while listening to the song.
