Bohemian Rhapsody themed class - 5 pages!
I created this lesson based on an article from the newspaper The Guardian. It consists of the article in full, which I had my students take turns in reading in class. This way, they could develop pronunciation and intonation in reading in English! Also, we underlined words they didnīt know and looked them up after reading. I added a small list of vocabulary in the end of this worksheet.
Also, we listened to two Queen songs: "Another One Bites the Dust" and "Under Pressure", in those songs I changed some words and added an extra and similar one, so they could listen to them and choose what fits best, them corrected the exercise and sang together! It was very nice! The class lasted about 3h30min.
Ah, also, midway through the reading we watched the trailers from the movie, so we could take a break, because itīs a fairly long text.
