(Work Placement) Writing about my work placement or internship 3/8 worksheet

I work in a vocational school and my ss have to do a training session and furthermore talk or write about it. I therefore prepared a series of worksheets to help them preparing or reporting about that work experience, also to deal with customers at the phone. This worksheet aims at helping intermediate ss to react first orally and further to write their own report about their experience. A series of questions to help them structure their work + toolboxes with phrases.
