Hey, it may even be Portuguese!!!!!

All the same... its all Greek to me....

"Graecum est; non legitur", to be a little more classical.

Or is it "Double Dutch"?

Double Dutch is "skipping" with 2 ropes.  Did you know that?

Apparently that is noted as a traditional game of England, Scotland & Ireland in a book published in the 1890s.

Did you know a Dutchman actually wrote a retort about Double English being worse than Double Dutch.  The complete poem lists 800 of the most notorious irregularities of English orthography?

Its called De Chaos. Heres the opening stanza:

Dearest creature in creation
Studying English pronunciation,
I will teach you in my verse
Sounds like corpse, corps, horse and worse.
I will keep you, Susy, busy,
Make your head with heat grow dizzy;
Tear in eye, your dress youll tear;
Queer, fair seer, hear my prayer.
Pray, console your loving poet,
Make my coat look new, dear, sew it!
Just compare heart, hear and heard,
Dies and diet, lord and word.

So much for incomprehensible language!

Good afternoon eng 789,
I think that as an English teacher o language professional itd be very easy for you to find out if the language used in some pages is Spanish or Portuguese. Perhaps the person who is sharing his/her worksheet prepared that material for her/his classes and no to get points and thats the reason why in some worksheet there are some Spanish or Portuguese material.
Please, lets try no to be rude. We are here to share material and no to criticise. We try to do our best and if you consider you dont need o understand any material  its as esay as not download it.

We used it as kids to talk about secret and dangerous matters in front of parents and teachers. It was absolutely fantastic as we became so fast at it that even those who knew pig latin couldn`t understand us.
