a) say, "no problem it wll grow back" and pay and tip the person
b) refuse to pay for the haircut
c) chew-out the beautician, but pay for the haircut

e) hold back your tears, pay for the haircut, then run home and cry your eyes out.

Douglas, i �m still not done with that Miss Popularity law suit! As soon as i WIN that one, i �ll make sure the hairdresser never sets his/her hands on the crippling scissors! And then i �ll be more than happy to receive all the plaudit i deserve for making the beautician world �cleaner �.
