This is a simple reading of morning routine verbs. Just like plurals, verbs are pronounced differently for the third person singular (he uses [Iz], he shaves [z], he gets up [s] ) This is good pronunciation practice for individual or choral reading.

Can/ Can�t strip story and dialogue
This is a sample dialogue with a salesperson. Students see can and can�t in context. As a reading exercise, they acquire skimming and context skills by you cutting up the story and them identifying the order of events. It can also continue as a model for writing their own dialogue and eventually as a script in a spoken role play. Have fun!
