 		 Descriptive writing lesson
 This lesson plan has an accompanying PPT presentation. The PPT has 3 interesting pictures to be used as prompts. You might want to pull something off the internet to create your PPT but I chose to use personal pictures of holiday scenery.

 		 Helpful hints for teaching reading to ESL students
 This is something I wrote for a presentation I did some time ago. It should not be considered as a comprehensive manual but merely a guide to providing insight on teaching reading in the ESL classroom. I think it might be helpful to anyone teaching ESL for the first time who are not necessarily trained to do so. Hope it�s useful.

The Hero Inside
 This was used originally for an assembly on finding the hero inside ourselves. Sounds cheesy but it worked. I also used the PPT to start a lesson focused on teaching adjectives that describe character.
