If it won �t cause a big headache I vote for making two versions, as there �s no right or wrong here on whether the week should start with sunday or monday. Just my two cents.....

I would rather make it in Corel Draw, would that be a problem dear Victor?
I can always cut and paste it into word, like I usually do, but it wouldn �t be editable...

I think it is better if you cut and paste into word, because some users might not have Corel Draw in their computers.
