About caneloni, I usually add some cornflour (cornstarch) or breadcrumbs (pan rayado?) and eggs. The filling is kept in. |

Polenta (cornmeal) also works well & I prefer it to cornflour because it cooks a little differently.
Also, if you actually make enough to freeze for later (I know it�s unlikely that there�ll be leftovers, I�m just thinking like a bachelor) cornflour can �break� releasing water & making the filling really wet & not as tasty!
Good suggestions though damielle! (I must say, I LOVE Argentinean food)
