I think it �s a great idea!
Perhaps we could also make some sort of announcement in the description of the worksheet saying that we have a colour version (I prefer b&w since they are smaller most of the times) and they could send an email to the creator, attaching the b&w version of the printable as a requirement to receive the colour version. What could be done here is to change the size limit to 500 kb, which is a really big difference and may help avoiding multiple-parts worksheets.
As moravc said, many people here split worksheets just to get points, and sometimes one page worksheets appear as longer because users add blank spaces at the end of the worksheet. Perhaps a limit of worksheets per user would be fair for those who really make a great work with their worksheets or worksheets may be uploaded under a "subject to approval" condition, where if the user, for instance, uploads 5 one-page worksheets, which are not content-appropriate, they won �t be published.
