Listening - Here if You Want, The Waifs
Not just a cloze passage, activities encourage active listening. This also includes a reading task - a recent festival poster featuring the Waifs and other bands; lyric comprehension and incident understanding - i used the live version featured on their Brief History album which has an audience and a mobile phone. Its great for accents - my students loved it - I hope yours do too!
