Technology Questionnaire
This worksheet is to get my class of younger learners practising the vocabulary about changing forms of technology (tvs, phones, music and cameras). It is meant to help them practice the structure do you have? and Did she have as they expected to ask their classmates and their families.

idioms of personality
This is a fun worksheet to practise some common British idioms about personality. Sorry about the layout of the pictures. I cant quite get it to upload right but you should be able to change them so they dont cut any sentences in half!
The next sheet is a (slightly polemic) text about what our idae of a hero is that you can use as a reading an...

The Clown Doll - A Halloween story
This is a halloween story I used with a group of pre-intermediate students. It can be used as a reading for pleasure exercise but I used it as a class activity. I gave each group a different story and then different members from each group joined a sharing group and they compared their stories and retold them.

At the bottom of the second page of the worksheet, I have attached a webpage address which has a number of dances explained and songs reccomended. As youll see, Ive also pointed out there are plenty...

Charlie Winston - In Your Hands
I used this song to practice future tenses and revise some bits and bobs of grammar with an intermediate pre-teenage group. Its a great song and here is a link to the video on youtube. I also think it would be great for discussion.

England listening/reading
This is a worksheet about Great Britain that can be used as a reading or listening. I generally use it as a listening. It makes the students answer questions, colour, learn how to describe flags.
As far as I know, the information is accurate although the population may be a bit out of date when you use it! Its worth checking. As for flags a...

A real hero
This is a worksheet I constructed which practises some higher level personality description vocab and allows the students to discuss their idea of a hero. The second part involves watching some video clips which the students must then discuss - it revises the vocab and gives them a chance to have a free discussion about an interesting topic. I ho...
