Ok, what about one from the bottom of the world:

And please don �t say "we are not amused".  We don�t live in Victorian times any more (thankfully) although this person does hail from the state of Victoria and now lives in Queen Victoria�s land.  And yes, she is a work of art, and also sometimes wears one. Lo and behold, she  can speak French, and even lived in France for a while, but I doubt she said Apr�s moi, Le D�luge. Ok, enough with the clues.
