DEAR GREEK PROFESSOR what is the secret to getting the filling IN the cannelloni without it spilling everywhere???? Do you half cook the cannelloni first or do you fill it while the shell is still hard pasta???? (My last effort ended up will filling all over the place... everywhere EXCEPT in the cannelloni.....) :-)
