Social expressions with visual stimuli. Cut off the two parts vertically. Fold the sheets in half vertically, cut off separate responses along the dotted lines and guess what a person would say in a particular situation. Unfold that response and see if you were right!

Speaking Test Mark Sheet
This is the speaking test form that I use in class. I have modified it over the years to include all the mistakes that my students may make. I found it easier to use this form than to refer back to the rubric through out the test. This lets me just check the box as the student makes the mistake and tabulate the mark at the end of the test.
