Mini Book 4: Missing Pet in colour and greyscale
This is an adaptation of a story I wrote in 2007. This story uses only phonically regular words, 5 short vowels and a limited number of consonants as well as the words �my� and �the�, which the children have met in previous stories. Know Your Numbers 7, 8 and 9: colour and B & W (six worksheets)

Simple Past Simple 1 with keys
When you introduce your pupils to the past simple you have also to teach them the spelling rule related to single syllable words where the final consonant is usually doubled after a short vowel.
