I am speechless, I must say .... all these comments because of a simple lay - out I use in my worksheets that I design in Word (so anyone can use it)....
JUST TO MAKE EVERYTHING CLEAR FOR ALL OF YOU:

 the user asked me, a couple of days ago, if she could use my design and I said YES, and suggested her to include something like a personal signature besides the lay-out, in order to avoid confusion and problems

I hope it clarifies the situation at least a little bit in regards to the worksheet and the user in discussion.
